We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our great team!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service
  • Be a primary contact for the customer handle inquiries, ensure accurate and timely entry of orders, organize and supervise cargo delivery
  • Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery
  • Analize customer KPI and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure timely and effective claim and demurrage management
  • Administrate international transportation documents

Requirements

  • Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills (both verbal & written)
  • Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Higher education or graduating student able to work full-time

  • Monthly salary (brutto): From 1345 to 1680 €. Specific salary and bonuses is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
