In this role you will:

  • Be a first person to meet and a representative to our clients, guests and employees
  • Be responsible for the coordination of the office related administrative activities such as calls, mail distribution, preparing and looking after meeting rooms, managing office orderings
  • Be a helpful hand in other tasks daily (preparing reports, inner communication messages, organizational tasks, etc.)
  • Work with various systems

You are our perfect candidate if you:

  • Are eager to learn and brave to embrace new challenges
  • Have a university degree or are final year student able to coordinate your studies and a full-time position duties
  • Can demonstrate good English and Lithuanian verbal and written as well as business writing skills
  • Have excellent communication and time management skills
  • Have excellent MS Office
