Better starts and ends with the customer
In this position, you will be responsible for responding to requests for IT support via multiple sources, logging service calls, generating trouble tickets, managing trouble reports and monitoring their progress and resolution. You will monitor telecommunication systems and equipment in addition to troubleshooting any type of hardware or software incidents to ensure that systems perform in a manner that meets business/client’s needs and objectives. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to the business and external customers, respond to support requests by diagnosing and resolving service calls within guidelines, and escalate more complex incidents and service calls to the appropriate level.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
- Analytical thinking and interest in IT/technical troubleshooting
- Similar working experience or qualifications would be an advantage
- A degree or certification in computer science or similar studies is a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written English and French language
- Communication skills with a focus on providing customer service
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is desired

The annual gross base salary range is 12,943 – 20,403 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
