We’re seeking for a Training Support Specialist to work within our Agent Learning Technology team based in our Vilnius office evening shift. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the learning management system, supporting and improving the state of online training globally. Reporting to an Agent Learning Technology team manager in Lithuania you will be contributing to one of the company’s objectives of staying compliant with regulatory requirements.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
- User maintenance and support; content maintenance; troubleshooting
- Run reports; create and maintain internal documentation
- Assist with activities involved with the design, preparation, delivery and assessment of training needs and learning programs for agents/customers
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Customer orientated mindset
- Highly organized – Ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
- Good English skills, both verbal and written
- Having basic SQL skills and eLearning / Learning Management System administration skills are an advantage.

The annual gross base salary is from 12,943 – 20,403 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
