The intern will work closely with the Lithuania Global Capability Center Country Head and the Office Manager. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional administrative and organizational support across the company, and this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Project management skills (preferred)
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Available for the whole duration of the Summer Programme, 16th of June - 22nd of August 2025.
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of presentation decks and other administrative documents.
Help with internal communication and content review.
Support organizational projects and initiatives.
Assist with event organization and visits coordination.
Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Salary for this position is 1,000 EUR gross monthly. Applicable to Lithuania candidates. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
