Summary
As a Digital Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Digital team to support websites and related systems, ensuring timely business assistance. You will also collaborate with the Roll-out team when needed, contributing to the implementation of digital solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the digital customer journey across various Etex brands, engaging with digital colleagues worldwide to achieve these goals.
What you'll do
Implement digital support activities for business.
Maintain support service catalog.
Support features based on roll-out plans, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure stakeholders are well-informed.
Participate actively in all project implementation stages.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies involved in business support. Involve necessary team members in problem-solving, communicate changes.
Train business stakeholders or team members on how to support features.
Approve and update documentation, ensure all necessary documentation is provided for feature roll-out.
Ensure timely business support, communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, and maintain efficient support processes.
What you'll bring
Knowledge in using different Content Management Systems is required (working experience with EPIserver/Optimizely is a great advantage)
Knowledge in working with different Product and Digital Assets Management systems is preferred (working experience with Inriver, Stibo or Digizuite is a great advantage)
Intermediate knowledge on building websites
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Basic understanding of website design
Great time management skills
Strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong in conceptual thinking with an ability to translate complex technical information into business focused solutions, incl. design thinking
Customer focus and agile mindset, build strong customer relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive business value and/or efficiencies
Familiar with agile delivery methods
Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.

Salary range
1500-2600 €/mon. gross. The specific salary depends on the candidate's work experience, skills, competency.
